Ingredients

  • 8 oz spinach pasta
  • 8 oz egg pasta
  • 1 pkg prosciutto
  • 1 shallot chopped
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 1/2 c freshly shredded parmesan
  • 1/2 c heavy cream

Instructions

  • Prepare noodles, meanwhile in a large skillet on medium, melt butter and add prosciutto and shallot. Allow to sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add peas until thoroughly warm. Drain pasta and pour sauce over noodles. Add parmesan and cream and toss until smooth.
