Garlic Parmesan Popcorn

  • 4 Tsbp butter
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 c fresh grated parmesan
  • 2 bags of microwave popcorn


  • In a saucepan over medium-low, melt butter.
  • Add garlic and allow to cook for 3 minutes while popping popcorn in microwave or separate saucepan.
  • Strain {or spoon} butter mixture over popcorn and toss.
  • Add parmesan while warm, toss and serve.
