Easy No Bake Cookies
These easy no bake cookies are perfect for when you want a sweet treat in a hurry! These sweet and salty snacks are made with a homemade trail mix and chocolate in just 5 minutes!

Ingredients
1 ¾
cups
butterscotch chips {package}
¾
cup
peanut butter
1
cup
peanuts
1
cup
pretzel sticks
1
cup
chex
1
cup
marshmallows
1
cup
peanut butter m&m’s
1
cup
chocolate chips
optional
Instructions
Line cookie sheets/platters with parchment paper {must fit in your refrigerator}
In the microwave, combine butterscotch chips & peanut butter 30 seconds at a time until smooth, stirring intermittently.
In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Stir in peanut butter mixture until well combined.
Drop mixture by the spoonful onto cookie sheets & refrigerate until solid - about an hour or let set at room temperature.
Optional - melt 1 cup chocolate chips until smooth and drizzle on top.
Notes
Be sure to line your cookie sheets with parchment to ensure easy removal.
If you don't have a microwave, you can also melt the butterscotch on the stovetop.
Be sure to let the cookies fully set before serving.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge and they will keep for several days.
