S'mores Toffee

  • graham crackers
  • 1/2 c butter
  • 1 c brown sugar packed
  • 1 bag miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 bag miniature marshmallows.


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line cookie sheet with graham crackers.
  3. In a saucepan on medium, combine butter and brown sugar. Stir continuously. When it comes to a boil, slowly pour mixture over crackers and spread with a spatula. {It doesn't have to be perfect!}
  4. Bake 3 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips, allow a minute or two to melt, smoothing the chocolate with a spatula.
  6. Top with marshmallows & return to the oven for 2 minutes, or until slightly toasted.
  7. Allow the toffee to cool & set {you can refrigerate to speed the process} & then cut into pieces.
