  • 1 c heavy cream
  • 1 1/3 c powdered sugar {confectioner's sugar}
  • 4 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 2 sheets puff pastry thawed


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • On a floured surface, roll out your puff pastry to smooth seams. Using a pizza cutter, cut into squares. Bake 10 minutes.
  • Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Slowly blend in powdered sugar and mascarpone.
  • Top puffs with cream and use another to create a sandwich, if desired.
