  • 1 c heavy cream
  • 1 1/3 c powdered sugar {confectioner's sugar}
  • 4 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 2 sheets puff pastry thawed


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. On a floured surface, roll out your puff pastry to smooth seams. Using a pizza cutter, cut into squares. Bake 10 minutes.
  3. Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Slowly blend in powdered sugar and mascarpone.
  5. Top puffs with cream and use another to create a sandwich, if desired.
