Ingredients

pasta

fontina
freshly shredded

tablespoons
unsalted butter
salt
to taste
black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Bring a pot of salted water to boil and prepare pasta al dente.
Strain pasta and return to pot.
Toss with butter and cheese and season to taste. Serve immediately.
