This easy raspberry sauce dresses up any dessert - even store bought. Drizzle it on cheesecake, ice cream, mousse or in cocktails. It's quick, easy and of course, delicious.

Raspberry Sauce

  • 1 1/2 lb raspberries
  • 1-3 tbsp water as needed
  • 1/4 c sugar


  1. Combine raspberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Cook and stir until raspberries break down, sugar dissolves, and sauce is heated through, 3-7 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and press sauce through a fine-mesh strainer to remove seeds.
  4. Cool to room temperature.
