Chocolate Fudge Recipe

  • 4 c sugar
  • 1 c cocoa powder
  • 2 c fairlife milk
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla


  1. Prepare a pan with butter and set aside.
  2. Combine sugar, cocoa, and milk in a medium sauce pan over medium-low heat, stirring continuously.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer and do not stir until it reaches {240 degrees using a candy thermometer}. You can also test a little of the fudge mixture in a glass of ice water and if it forms a ball, you're good to go.
  4. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla.
  5. Beat with a WOODEN spoon until the sheen looks dull {consider it your workout}
  6. Pour into a prepared pan and allow it to spread. Allow it to cool before cutting.
