White Wine Lemon Caper Sauce

  • 1 c white wine
  • 1/4 c lemon juice
  • 1 c heavy cream
  • 1 c fresh grated parmesan
  • 2 Tbsp capers drained


  1. Over medium heat, bring white wine and lemon juice to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream. Reduce for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in parmesan and capers. Toss with ravioli or noodles.
