Ingredients

  • 2 cans corn drained or 8 ears of corn, boiled
  • 8 oz velveeta cubed
  • 4 oz cream cheese cubed
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp garlic minced
  • 1/3 lb slice of ham (1 thick slice), cubed

Instructions

  1. In a pan on medium heat, add corn, velveeta, cream cheese, butter and garlic. Stir until melted.
  2. Stir in ham & serve.
