Easy glazed apple pie spice cookies are a fall infused cookie recipe that everyone will love. They are easily stackable and transportable, so they are perfect to take to a coffee morning or cookie exchange.

Ingredients

butter
softened

cup
white granulated sugar

egg

teaspoon
apple pie spice
1 1/2

all-purpose flour

baking powder
1/8

baking soda
1/4

salt
Topping
1/2
cup
powdered sugar
Glaze
1 1/2
tablespoons
apple cider
3/4
cup
powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl/mixer, cream butter and sugar. Add in egg.
Add apple pie spice, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt until just combined.
Use a cookie scoop or roll 1" balls and roll in powdered sugar.
Bake 9 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine ingredients for glaze. Warm if needed to drizzle on top of cookies. Allow to set before stacking cookies.
Notes
Tips
You can use a cookie scoop to measure out the cookies so they are even sizes.
Bake the cookies in a pre-heated oven.
Let the cookies cool to room temperature before you glaze them.
