  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 2 c cheddar cheese freshly shredded
  • 1/3 c piquillo peppers diced
  • 1/8 tsp pepper


  1. In a mixing bowl/mixer, whip cream cheese until light and smooth.
  2. Add mayo.
  3. Stir in cheddar and peppers. Season with pepper.
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
