Easy crowd pleasing baked goat cheese and honey appetizer recipe that looks as good as it tastes. It's an easy to serve appetizer with fruits and crackers.
Place goat cheese in the center of the puff pastry and fold pastry over to cover cheese. Trim the excess, tuck and pinch the pastry to seal.
In a small bowl, whisk together egg and water. Brush egg wash onto pastry coating all sides.
Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and drizzle with honey. Allow to stand 10 minutes before serving with crackers, crostini and fruit.
