Christmas Salad
A fun and festive Christmas Salad that looks as good as it tastes. This Christmas wreath salad is always memorable and is quick and easy to make!

Ingredients
Vinaigrette

cup
raspberry vinegar
¼
cup
olive oil
1
teaspoon
white granulated sugar
2
teaspoons
dijon mustard
Salad
10
ounces
fresh spinach
½
cup
dried cranberries
¼
cup
walnuts
3
ounces
goat cheese
Instructions
Add vinegar, olive oil, sugar and dijon mustard to a sealable jar or bowl. Seal and shake vigoursly or stir with a whisk to combine.
In a large bowl, add spinach (and cranberries and walnuts if you want more). Drizzle with vinaigrette and toss.
Shape salad into a wreath on platters or large plates.
Top with cranberries and walnuts.
Roll small amounts of goat cheese into balls and adorn your salad wreath.
