Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Combine dry ingredients. Set aside.
In a separate bowl combine eggs, milk, molasses and vegetable oil.
Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into wet until just combined.
Pour mixture into 6 greased miniature loaf pans 3/4 full to compensate for rise.
Bake 50 minutes.
You can use 2 - 1 lb loaf pans and adjust baking time to 70 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.
