  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 1 c brown sugar {loose}
  • 1 tsp red pepper
  • 1 c crushed Roasted Garlic Kettle Brand chips {about 3 cups chips in a food processor}

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes and bacon into ⅓'s.
  • In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, red pepper and chips.
  • Dip chicken into the mixture to cover completely, wrap with a slice of bacon and secure with a skewer.
  • Bake 35 minutes.

  • For different flavor combinations, try swapping out the garlic chips with some of your other favorite flavors like barbecue or cheddar.
  • You can easily prep them ahead of time, and save them to cook and bring out at just the right time. Just stick a toothpick in each one, and serve on your favorite party platter.
  • Use free run / organic chicken and good quality bacon for this easy appetizer recipe.
  • Cook the chicken bites in a pre-heated oven for the best results.
  • Bake for around 35 minutes until the bacon and chicken is thoroughly cooked.
  • They can be eaten hot or cold, but remember to only reheat them once.
