Egg Nog Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 c heavy cream
  • 10 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 c eggnog
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 Tbsp bourbon

Instructions

  1. Beat heavy cream until peaks form.

  2. Blend in sweetened condensed milk, eggnog, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

  3. Add 1-3 Tbsp boubon (to taste).

  4. Pour into a 1 1/2 lb loaf pan or any freezer safe dish and freeze until solid - about 4+ hours.

Recipe Notes

Adjust bourbon to taste.

Sprinkle cinnamon or nutmeg on top to garnish.
