Ingredients

  • 1/4 c white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 5 oz arugula
  • 1 c parmesan shaved
  • fresh cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine vinegar, olive oil, and lemon juice in a jar. Shake well.
  2. Toss with arugula and parmesan.
  3. Top with fresh cracked pepper.
