Cadbury Eggs Cookie Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 c butter softened
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1 c light brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 c flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 c Cadbury Candy Eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a tart/pie dish or baking sheet.
  2. Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla.
  3. Add eggs until just blended.
  4. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Combine.*
  5. Scoop into baking dish, press until smooth.
  6. Optional: Bake 9 minutes, remove from oven and press candies into top and return for 7-10 minutes.

Recipe Notes

*optional: add Cadbury candies to the dough rather than on top

Bake time varies based on dish being used. For smaller, deeper dishes, use two or increase baking time to preference.
