  • 2 square chunks of watermelon
  • mint sprig
  • crushed ice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz white rum
  • 1/2 c club soda


  1. Muddle watermelon and lower leaves from sprig of mint {reserving others to garnish}.
  2. Add crushed ice. 
  3. Add 1 oz simple syrup or 2 tablespoons sugar, rum and club soda.

Substitute rum with white grape juice, pineapple juice, apple juice or apple cider.
