No Bake Granola Bars

Learn how to make delicious no-bake granola bars in just 10 minutes with only 4 ingredients! These granola bars are the perfect make-ahead breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c peanut butter
  • 3/4 c honey
  • 3 c old fashion oats
  • 1 1/2 c puffed rice {brown or white}

Instructions

  1. Combine peanut butter and honey in a bowl. Warm for 30 seconds in the microwave and stir.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats and puffed rice.
  3. Stir in peanut butter honey mixture.
  4. Line 9x9 baking dish with criss cross parchment paper for easy removal.
  5. Scoop mixture in and firmly press using your spatula or a piece of parchment.
  6. Refrigerate overnight.
