  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 c olive oil mayonnaise
  • 14 oz can of quartered artichokes drained
  • 1 c fresh grated parmesan
  • 1 c monterey jack cheese shredded
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne
  • 15 cracks of pepper/to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients in an oven safe dish, cover and bake 20 minutes.
  3. Serve with beer bread, veggies, chips, and water crackers.
