  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 18 oz Frito's bean dip
  • 1/4 c green onions chopped
  • 8 oz monterey jack cheese fresh shredded


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine cream cheese with bean dip.
  3. Fold in green onion.
  4. Spread in dish and cover with a layer of shredded cheese.
  5. Bake until cheese is melted {about 5 minutes} and garnish with green onion.

Recipe Notes

freshly shredded cheese is much creamier and therefore melts better

You can make Cream Cheese Bean Dip in a large bowl, small casserole dish {9″} or pie dish to maintain a healthy dip to cheese ratio. It pairs well with Frito’s, tortilla chips, jicama sticks and carrot sticks.
