This whipped goat cheese is an easy appetizer made with whipped goat cheese, honey, herbs and fresh cracked pepper. It takes less than 5 minutes to make and is always a crowd pleaser!
Using a small bowl and spoon, whip by hand until almost silky smooth OR using your whisk attachment on your mixer {recommended if you double the recipe}, gradually increase speed to 3 until smooth.
Swirl goat cheese into a jar or bowl.
Drizzle honey around the exterior of the bowl and spiral in.
Add rosemary and fresh cracked pepper.
Notes
You can adjust honey to taste
Use your favorite herbs - chives or basil also work well
For best results, use fresh herbs
Set a peppercorn cracker on the largest setting for thick flakes of black pepper
