Bottomless Mimosas
Doesn’t the term bottomless mimosas just conjure up dreamy visions of the best brunches with your friends? Well, today we are creating this fun right at home with a mimosa pitcher recipe that is perfect for parties.

Ingredients

cups
Fresh squeezed juice
orange juice - see variations below

bottle
Prosecco
(or champagne- approximately 25 ounces)
¼
cup
Orange liqueur
Cointreau or similar
Garnish
fresh fruit or flowers
Instructions
Prep – Fill your pitcher or carafe halfway with juice. Top with chilled bottle of bubbles.
Top it off - Add a touch of orange liqueur or bitters.
Garnish - With a fresh bloom, herbs or a fresh fruit in each glass. Serve and enjoy.

Fresh Juice is possible – I’m always a fan of a shortcut (store bought juice works just fine!) but fresh squeezed juice is worth the extra step!
Quality Champagne or Prosecco – A mimosa is made with minimal ingredients, so allow each to shine.
Mimosas are best served chilled, without ice to water them down. Ensure your ingredients are chilled before serving your bottomless mimosas.
