Instructions
Prep fresh juices and chill Champagne up to 24 hours ahead.
Add stemware, Champagne and juices to your mimosa bar just before serving.
Gather a variety of fresh herbs and fruits for garnish.
To create a mimosa, simply fill each champagne flute with 2-3 ounces fruit juice, and top off with Champagne. Add a splash of orange liqueur or bitters if you'd like.

Choose your favorite Champagne. Dry Prosecco and Cava bottles are also excellent options. Always chill prior to serving.
