Crispy, sticky, and perfectly salty, these garlic parmesan wings are sure to be the hit of any party! They are the perfect game day food, and they might even put your favorite buffalo sauce to shame.
Preheat oven to 400. Line your baking sheet with aluminum foil, with a wire rack on top.
Pat wings dry with paper towels. Place on the wire rack, skin side up, in a single layer. Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder over the top.
Roast until the wings are cooked and skin is very crispy, flipping halfway, for approximately 45 minutes in total.
In the Air Fryer
Preheat air fryer to 400ºF
Add the wings in a single layer, skin side up – don’t overcrowd your basket. Work in batches if necessary.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes, flipping halfway. If your wings are large, you made need a little longer!
For the Sauce
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté for one minute, stir in salt and pepper. Add parmesan as you remove from heat.
Toss the cooked wings in the sauce until well-coated. Serve on a large platter and top with more fresh grated Parmesan and chopped parsley, if desired.

Be sure to pat the wings dry with paper towels.
