Line cookie sheet with saltine crackers.
In a saucepan on medium, combine butter and brown sugar to create the amazing buttery toffee. Slowly pour mixture over crackers and spread with a spatula.
Remove from oven and cover with chocolate chips. Allow them to melt and spread to cover.
SPRINKLES! Cover toffee with sprinkles.
Allow to set and break into small or medium pieces.
