HOW TO MAKE
"Very tasty, moist and flavorful."
In a large mixing bowl whisk to combine sugar, flour, baking powder and salt.
In a medium mixing bowl, beat eggs, milk and oil. Gradually add dry mixture to wet until just moist.
Fold in strawberries.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pans an inch below to compensate for rise.
Add a few slices of pretty sliced strawberries for presentation.
Bake 50-60 minutes. Allow to cool on wire rack before serving.
