Stuffed with a rolo, they become salted caramel chocolate chip cookies – otherwise known as happiness!  Easy and simple to make, this is about to become your favorite cookie recipe!

Mix dry ingredients and set aside. In mixer/mixing bowl, whisk butter, sugar, and brown sugar.

MIX INGREDIENTS

- STEP 1 -

Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Blend dry ingredients in. Stir in chocolate chips.

Chill dough for 2 hours. Remove dough from fridge {about 10 minutes}.

CHILL DOUGH

- STEP 4 -

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

PREHEAT OVEN

- STEP 5 -

Roll dough into large balls or use a scoop. Press the middle of your dough with your thumb and insert rolo. Cover with dough.

ROLL DOUGH

Crack sea salt on top and bake 13 minutes {resist the temptation to bake longer!} Allow to cool and enjoy!
