PECAN PIE cookies

Ingredients

brown sugar salted butter vanilla extract eggs flour salt baking soda pecan halves

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, beat brown sugar, butter and vanilla until fluffy.

Step 2

Add eggs. and beat until just combined.

Step 3

Add flour, salt and baking soda and mix on low until just combined.

Step 4

Stir in pecans.

Step 5

Preheat oven. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper, roll cookies into 1.25" balls and bake.
