Lemon Spaghetti with Artichokes

Ingredients
spaghetti lemon zested and juiced pine nuts crushed minced garlic fresh parsley minced olive oil artichoke hearts drained cream butter
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and prepare spaghetti al dente.
Step 2
Combine zest, pine nuts, garlic and parsley in a bowl. Set aside.
Step 3
In a saucepan, pour olive oil over medium heat. Once it starts to smoke or pop, add artichokes face down until brown. Flip and repeat.
Step 4
Add cream to pan and reduce for 7 minutes. Stir in lemon and butter. Toss in drained pasta. Garnish with gremolata.
