Spinach Dip Cups are all the flavors of spinach artichoke dip in cute single servings. These Phyllo Cup Appetizers are savory Spinach Dip Bites for parties!

INGREDIENTS

phyllo dough cups  creamed spinach artichokes  sun-dried tomatoes  goat cheese

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spread your phyllo cups out onto a cookie sheet.

PREP

- STEP 1 -

Make the spinach as directed. Chop your artichokes and  chop your sun-dried tomatoes as well.

CHOP

- STEP 2 -

In each phyllo cup, place 1/2 teaspoon of artichokes, 1/2 teaspoon of spinach and a few small pieces of tomatoes

FILL

- STEP 3 -

Top each cup with a sprinkle of crumbled goat cheese.

SPRINKLE

- STEP 4 -

Bake for approximately six minutes. Each oven is different, so watch to make sure they don't become too brown on the edges.

BAKE
