This classic Macaroni Salad is a simple summer side dish for barbecues, cookouts, picnics and holidays. It's so simple and always a crowd pleaser!

INGREDIENTS macaroni red onion celery green bell pepper red bell pepper  peas frozen mayonnaise  vinegar  mustard salt pepper

In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Whisk until well combined. Set aside.

DRESSING

- STEP 1 -

In a large pot, bring salty water to a boil. Prepare macaroni al dente (just until fork tender). Strain and run cold water over the pasta to shock it.

PREP

- STEP 2 -

Pour macaroni into a bowl. Gently toss with vegetables, Allow to refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight.

CHILL

- STEP 3 -

Toss with reserved dressing just before serving and salt and pepper to taste. Serve cold.
