Fajita Seasoning Ingredients

  • Chili Powder – gives this spice blend the kick it needs.
  • Salt – Any kosher salt will do, but I love using thick flakes of sea salt from a grinder set to the largest setting.
  • Smoked Paprika – Gives it amazing flavor, you can use traditional paprika if you prefer.
  • Cayenne Pepper – Adds a little heat.

  1. Hello,
I’m wondering if the sugar and especially the cinnamon quantities are too much….. I use a dash of cinnamon in my spaghetti sauce which I realize is different but a dash is all you need to make a big improvement in the sauce. It seems like the sugar and cinnamon would overpower the flavors.

This seasoning mix was amazing, the cinnamon was a surprising addition for me but I really enjoyed it. I used it on shrimp and veggies that we grilled and it added incredible flavor.
