Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, and prepare pasta al dente.
Add ingredients to a food processor or blender to make pesto and pulse until it reaches the desired consistency.
Reserve one cup of pasta water and strain noodles. Return to pot, and toss with sauce. Use pasta water to thin if needed.
Top with fresh, grated Parmesan, salt and pepper to taste.
