These peach crostinis are a great summer appetizer that are easy to make and a real crowd pleaser. They are perfect for entertaining and best served with a glass of chilled prosecco in the garden!

INGREDIENTS

baguette olive oil sea salt cheese peaches honey thyme leaves

Slice a baguette into thin slices at an angle.

PREP

- STEP 1 -

Line crostini on a baking sheet.

LINE

- STEP 2 -

Using a pastry brush, coat with olive oil and sprinkle a little salt over them

COAT

- STEP 3 -

Broil 1 – 1 1/2 minutes until just toasted and crunchy.

BROIL

- STEP 4 -

Place a little cheese on top of each crostini, top with some sliced peach, a drizzle of honey and the fresh thyme leaves.
