A recipe for incredibly delicious, thick, light, and fluffy Orange Rolls! These easy sweet orange rolls are covered in cream to make them extra moist and topped with an orange glaze for a truly memorable treat!

all-purpose flour milk salt butter white granulated sugar yeast package active quick rise large egg butter  orange zest heavy cream powdered sugar orange or lemon juice vanilla

INGREDIENTS

In a saucepan over medium heat, add milk and butter. Stir until melted and remove from heat.

ACTIVATE YEAST

- STEP 1 -

In a mixing bowl, combine ingredients.

MIX

- STEP 2 -

Knead while gradually adding in flour until dough forms.

KNEAD

- STEP 3 -

On a floured surface, roll out dough into a rectangle. Paint butter on top with and sprinkle with sugar and orange zest. 

FILL

- STEP 4 -

Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut into strips. Roll and place in a greased baking dish or cast iron skillet.

ROLL

- STEP 5 -

Turn oven off. Cover rolls with a damp towel and allow to rise in warm oven. Remove and preheat Cover rolls in cream. Bake and enjoy!

RISE & BAKE

- STEP 6 -

Top with icing and serve.
