butter shallot prosciutto heavy cream white wine truffle oil asiago cheese arugula cheese tortellini

A copycat recipe of Maggiano's tortellacci recipe – in just 15 minutes! A filling, flavorful pasta dish that you'll make again and again!

In a large pot over medium high heat, boil water and add tortellini.

BOIL

- STEP 1 -

In the meantime, in a saucepan over medium, add butter, shallot and proscuitto. Saute for 2 minutes.

SAUTE

- STEP 2 -

Add heavy cream and reduce to medium low. Allow to reduce for 5 minutes. Add wine, truffle oil, & asiago. Stir well.

REDUCE

- STEP 3 -

Add arugula, allow to reduce for a few minutes.

ADD IN

- STEP 4 -

Drain tortellini and toss with sauce.

TOSS

- STEP 5 -

Serve and enjoy!
