Ingredients
cream cheese butter shredded cheese carrot stem
Step 1
Mix your cheese ball and refrigerator 30 minutes.
Step 2
Drop the mixture onto wax paper and roll into a cone.
Step 3
Use your fingers to mold it into a carrot shape, no need for perfection.
Step 4
Place onto platter and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Step 5
Insert stem (cilantro, carrot stem, parsley all work well) and refrigerate until serving.
