pasta butter fresh cracked pepper grana padano grated pecorino grated

Ingredients

Step 1

Boil pasta, drain and reserve ½ cup pasta water.

Step 2

In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add pepper and swirl to toast.

Step 3

Reduce heat to low. Add pasta and pasta water. Toss to coat.

Step 4

Toss with Grana Padano. Remove from heat and toss with Pecorino.
