Learn all my favorite tips and tricks for stovetop burgers – one of the easiest family-friendly dinners ever! Cooking juicy, decadent cast iron burgers on the stove is ultra fast and so simple.

Ingredients

ground beef egg yolk olive oil minced garlic pepper butter

Step 1

Combine ingredients and form patties.  Don't overwork the meat.

 Add your butter to your pan, setting the heat to high.

Place the patties in the pan when it’s hot. Cook for approximately four minutes.

Step 4

Flip the burgers and cook the patties for a remaining 4-5 minutes to ensure a medium-well burger.

Add cheese - move your pan off the burner, add cheese, and put lid on the pan for the best melt.
