Bucatini with Amatriciana Sauce

 Ingredients

Step 1

In a skillet over medium heat add oil and pancetta. Cook stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes.

Step 2

Add onion and garlic, stirring occasionally until tender.

Step 3

Stir in tomatoes and reduce to a simmer for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook al dente. Drain and toss with pasta sauce.

Step 5

Garnish with fresh grated parmesan.
