Baked Brie is a crowd pleasing festive recipe that requires just a few ingredients!

Preheat oven and thaw and unfold pastry. Roll out using flour as needed.

PREP

- STEP 1 -

Cut brie wheel into equal circles using a knife or petit four cutters.

CUT

- STEP 2 -

Place brie circles on puff pastry and cut squares to cover them.

CUT SQUARES

- STEP 3 -

Cover each circle pressing puff pastry to seal on bottom. Make sure they are sealed tight so brie doesn’t leak out.

WRAP

- STEP 4 -

Mix water and egg to create an egg wash. Brush onto the bottom over the seal. Form into a wreath shape and coat the wreath.

FORM

- STEP 5 -

Bake and allow to cool slightly before serving.
