INGREDIENTS

Chicken Breats Cheese tortellini or tortelloni or ravioli Olive oil  Parsley chopped SAUCE Egg yolk heavy cream butter minced Garlic parmesan asiago

Prepare tortelloni, tortellini or ravioli, drain.

PREP

- STEP 1 -

Heat olive oil. Coat chicken in any optional breading or seasonings. Add chicken to the pan and brown 3-4 minutes on both sides until fully cooked. Set aside.

BROWN

- STEP 2 -

In a small mixing bowl, whisk yolk and cream. Set aside.

WHISK

- STEP 3 -

In a saucepan over medium low heat, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until about 2 minutes, careful not to burn. Remove from heat.

SAUTEE

- STEP 4 -

Whisk cream mixture into butter and return to low heat.

- STEP 5 -

COMBINE

Strain tortelloni, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water should you choose to thin the sauce.

- STEP 6 -

STRAIN

Toss tortelloni with cream sauce, adding parmesan and asiago cheese.

- STEP 7 -
