  • Is there a more fitting date for a military groom to wed his bride to be than over the 4th of July weekend?  Mackenzie and Mark radiated love.  I don’t think there was a moment that they weren’t smiling!
    Aren’t these monogram programs darling?
Mackenzie’s bouquet was filled with garden roses, calla lilies and a few orchids.
I just love the look on a groom’s face as he awaits his bride to meet him at the end of the aisle.  Nothing replaces a moment like this!
    The girls!

DIY escort card board to guide guests to their seats.
Both the bride and groom changed their attire for the reception.  Chic!

Chair ties were added to every other chair for a pop of color.  Blue damask runners served as the base for Monarch Flowers beautiful arrangements.

Wooden table numbers were adhered to a fabric backing and framed.  An eclectic mix of candles, vases, pedestals and flowers made each table unique.
Terrace on Grand offers spectacular views of Kansas City along with great photo opportunities {and superb service}.  Below, guests are enjoying cocktail hour.
As you may notice from the photograph below, Mark was in charge of cake.  To their left, you’ll notice an assortment of cupcakes for a substantial cupcake bar.  To their right, a traditional wedding cake.
Just in case that wasn’t enough options for their guests, Mark also included this amazing tank replica groom’s cake.  Mackenzie can rest knowing that anything she asks of Mark, he’ll give 150%!

Joe and Laura Devine of Devine Studios captured these incredible moments.
Thank you Mackenzie and Mark for allowing us to share in your day!
