Inspired Lunch

I was delighted to discover that my grocer now carries fresh pretzel rolls!  I couldn’t resist creating a ham, havarti and apple sandwich today.
In a skillet on medium heat, melt a half tablespoon of butter and swirl to coat the pan.  Add the bun, halved to warm it up.  Cut thin slices of ham in fourths and warm in butter pan for 1 minute.  Remove pan from heat.  Add ham to bun, top with havarti {my favorite because it’s so creamy} and a thin slice of apple.  Enjoy!
