I love topping my cookies with something. Sometimes it’s a crack of sea salt, powdered sugar, icing or in this case, I’m doubling up! They’re rolled in powdered sugar just before baking and topped with an apple cider glaze when they come out of the oven. It hardens to perfection and really turns these cookies into something special!

Easy To Make Apple Cookies

These cookies are so simple and easy to make, they’re a great recipe for the kids to help you out with. My girls love rolling them in the powdered sugar! The glaze really elevates the look and flavor of the cookies, but they are also great without if you are in a hurry to eat them!
