    Easter comes at a time when life is infused into plants and grass that hasn’t been seen in so long.  To me, it just feels and smells fresh!  That’s the inspiration behind this board.  Snips of lavender accent lemonade, a soft rainbow of flowers to line the table. Guest’s names can be written on shipping tags for place cards or the menu you will be serving.  {Sources: Tablecloth and egg cups: Crate and Barrel, Lemonade Place Setting and Flowers: Sunday Suppers}
    Ticking stripes, robin’s eggs mixed with whites and hints of color.  While all of these items are available at Pottery Barn {with the exception of the flour sack towel and calligraphy on kraft}, the burlap table runner is an easy diy project!  Flour sack towels are so reasonable.  I prefer them over traditional linens because they can be bleached, look better when they are not ironed and they are oh so soft!  Make place cards out of kraft…cut up lunch bags, use the board from an old notebook or packaging or purchase at Hobby Lobby.  Writing on it in white pen creates an easy look.
