The Best Of
The best Wayfair bedding, lighting, furniture, area rugs and more.
I’ve been having so much fun answering all of your questions on Instagram stories this week and have so many more to get to and I promise, I will! Thanks for participating!
One reader asked if I would do a “Best of Wayfair” post. Always happy to oblige, here I am! First, you may have noticed I do very few shop posts. I truly appreciate your readership and while I love sharing inspiration and advice, I never want my site to feel like an ad or inauthentic.
With that said, most of our home decor can be found in my shop for your convenience and if you’d like to see more of this style post, please let me know! This post uses affiliate links which I receive a small commission from. As always, I appreciate your support!
Now onto the Best of Wayfair!
Large sites like Wayfair are an incredible resource, but incredibly difficult and time consuming to scour because they have an endless selection of products. Wayfair offers a lot of my favorite brands like Annie Selke, Dash & Albert, Northeast Lantern, Emtek, Baldwin, Kohler, Staub and more.
As I mentioned before, I love Annie Selke, especially their outdoor pillows. The fabric cleans so much easier than most with a quick run through the washing machine. 4 years later our pillows look like new and I wash them just once a season!
You can shop my favorite bedding picks here:
One of my favorite finds was this faux olive tree. It looks so authentic and has the prettiest shades of green. I’d love to incorporate a larger one in our family room.
As you may recall, we recently renovated our lake cottage guest bath with everything… (including the sink and toilet) delivered direct to our door from Wayfair. You can get all the details here, but for your convenience I linked to all the products again below:
A lot of our lighting comes from Wayfair because they offer better prices than most of their competitors for the same fixtures. Here are a few of my favorites:
Wayfair is also a great source for faucets. Again, I can often find the style I’m looking for for less there. You can see my favorite faucets in my shop!
Rugs, see below for a few favorites.
You can also find my favorite runners here.
You may have noticed I’m obsessed with these indoor outdoor folding chairs and stools. In all, we have 18 of them at the lake cottage because they’re so pretty and so versatile. We use them on the dock, in the backyard to take in the views and around the fire pit, as additional seating in the living room and as luggage racks in the guest bedroom.
I also use it to find lookalike products! Several years ago I really wanted teak benches, but our budget was anything but teak. I found this bench as an alternative. From the photo, you may immediately be turned off by the color, but it weathers so beautifully in the sun and the end result? Looks just like teak for less. This bench also comes in a set – we use the bench on our porch and the chairs to the side of our drive where we watch the girls play.
Knobs! For an easy, cost effective makeover, we painted the girls’ hollow core doors white and dressed them up with pretty knobs.
Last but not least, cookware. Staub and Zwilling are just a couple of my favorite finds. I cannot tell you how much I love these pieces and how seamlessly they integrate into our kitchen. I have both white and grey. Why should a girl have to choose? A few of my favorite pieces:
I also love this pretty woven tray set!
